I hope Shaw is paying attention. I don't know if he needs to be as extensive, but he needs to move in this direction - and quickly. Keep in mind Texas finished 7-5, not 4-8

In a post-game interview after Big Game, the reporter directly asked him whether he'd do something similar to ND after their 4-8 season, and he immediately said no.

He's our Mark Dantonio, but probably won't even "shuffle" the offensive coaches (which did absolutely nothing for Michigan State FWIW).
