That's an age-old question, Spiny.  If you can be disgruntled, you should also be able to change and simply be gruntled.  I am sure that, after our Rose Bowl victory on January 1, 2016, most Stanford fans were severely gruntled.

Personally, i felt both turbed and gruntled.
