Williams anchored our DL against the run. We're boned without him.

I agree.  Don't know how this can be viewed as anything but very bad news for 2020 (and not a great reflection on the program).

Maybe the hammer thrower (or was it discus) who joined the team early on to bolster the O-line, can switch to the D-line. . . .
