Are we sure Powell is Tier 2 and not Tier 1? He started over Henry Hattis two years ago, and presumably would have started this year had he not been injured the entire season. Though I admit that Hattis may have improved to the degree that he was a better option than Powell; perhaps that is why they moved him to guard and not because of injury. I don't know. I do remember the "shout out" that Hattis got at the end of the bowl game.
