There are a lot of moving pieces in terms of scholarship spots.  It depends on who else enters the portal and whether any of those in the portal withdraw their name and come back.  There is also the matter of whether Parkinson and/or Adebo go pro.

By my math, if we do in fact get 22, we will probably be at the 80 - 85 scholarships level.

It's not easy to envision Parkinson or Adebo in the NFL.  Adebo, maybe, if he can be coached up. The physical tools seem to be there. Parkinson needs a ton of route-running tutelage and body leverage/control. Compare him to Fleener, Ertz, Hewitt, Reuland, Toilolo, Dray, et. al.

I agree with you.  For a guy of his size and speed, he played like a smaller and slower tight end.  He was still able to get a second team all-Pac-12, but I think that was mostly on his raw tools.  There's a lot of room to improve.

The other thing I'd love to see from him is him being more physical.  I don't remember a ton of plays where he caught something in traffic and he made the DB/LBer covering him miss a tackle.

I would note that the NFL will draft him on the basis of the physical tools and hope that the rest can be developed.  As a reminder, draft position is based on projected future value, not past accomplishments.
