When you add McKee coming back from a mission, this is a really nice offensive recruiting class. Coupled with the class of 2019, I think this is the best two-year haul on offense in quite some time. Crucially we have quality and depth at offensive line, including a bunch of guys that played early this year out of necessity. The one red flag, such as it is, is that we only have one QB recruited over the last two years (technically zero, since McKee was originally counted in the 2018 class). If McKee doesn't pan out, that really does put a major dent in the offensive potential in 2-3 years.
Defense, though, remains a concern for me. The late addition of Gilman at safety does help at a position of need, and we have some bodies up front. But we went oh-for-linebacker again. The two-year haul at ILB is fine (we have Sinclair, DiCosmo, and Danumi from 2019), but the two-year haul at OLB consists of just Stephen Herron. Three defensive linemen total over two years is also woefully inadequate. So yeah, looking 2-3 years down the line, front seven will again be a problem.
