I think this was somewhat expected. KJ is in a bad spot. He was injured, couldn't play much, and Mills has shown he is at least a competent replacement. I am assuming (without evidence) that he was offered the opportunity to stay, compete for the job, but no guarantee of being the starter. Finding another place could be tricky, but it may be he can find a better deal elsewhere. I am not sure how many programs will take a guy that the are not sure will be well enough to play. It may be he is "just looking", but I kind of doubt it.

Certainly some possibilities there. Many of these schools have guys that are waiting in the wings, so that would probably not be real attractive to KJ. San Diego State would have been interesting, but I think Jack Sears just beat him to it. KJ also probably wants to go to a program that is good enough to allow him a chance at big numbers. I still wouldn't want to be in his shoes.
