Also worth noting that Costello has not been right all season. A return to his 2018 form would be a substantial upgrade to the passing game (above even the 2019 version of Mills). I might believe that Mills has more potential, but Costello has put together a more complete season.

Effective OL play and having JJ as a target was very helpful to KJ during the 2017 and 2018 season's. If Mills teammates play well I expect his 2020 QB performance will be sensational.
