It was pretty nice, though, when Stanford was winning the Pac-12 when it was a lot stronger than it is now.
They earned what the got: second place and two losses, and it's off to the Alamo Bowl. And by the way, the Alamo is in San Antonio, the University of Texas is in Austin--more than just a few miles from campus.
