If anyone doubts Richard Sherman’s ability to be successful in the rest of his life beyond football, they just aren’t paying attention or don’t know how to identify the traits that make people successful. There are different ways to succeed, but Sherman has shown whatever he does and how he approaches things is one way.
I also have always felt that Sherman and Harbaugh shared many personality traits. It is perfectly understandable that two people with very strong personalities would clash. I think that at the time, neither one would give an inch, or attempt to find a way to coexist. However, I think Sherman has grown and learned by experience how to adapt. He has also learned that being all in doesn't require being abrasive to everybody around you. His approach to success is now much more nuanced and effectively focused. Harbaugh still appears to have trouble with that concept.
Exactly. Sherman can turn it off and on, and more importantly, adapt it to his audience. Harbaugh has only an on button, not even an off.
Free Phogge!!!! And no, crimson doesn't refer to the Tide.
