I feel the same way about Lococo's Pizza in San Rafael (just in San Rafael, not in any of the other Bay Area restaurants named Lococo's).
If you're driving through the North Bay, it's worth a stop.
But Lococo's is an expensive pizza. Cheap NYC slices rank high for value.
For years, the House of Pizza in downtown San Jose was all the rage. Like the Midwest, they put the cheese OVER the toppings. Ugh.
