UW gets an A, Cal and Oregon get A-, ASU gets a B, everyone else is a C- or worse.

I'm not sure I agree with Oregon's A-.  Sure, they won, and it was the Rose Bowl, but they were largely dominated.  I certainly didn't get the impression that this was a team that was good enough to make the playoffs but for an untimely loss.

Based solely on the eyeball test, Oregon would stand a chance against OK.  The other 3 CFP teams - not a chance.
