I’m not sure there is another team in football that would stand much of a chance against LSU/Clemson/tOSU, barring some sort of flukish result.  LSU had three games all year that were within one score.  Clemson had two games all year that were within a score, the inexplicable 1 point win against UNC and the six point win over OSU.  Aside from the loss to Clemson, OSU’s closest game was the 11 point win over Penn State.

In my ranking of teams, it’s LSU - gap - Clemson - OSU - chasm - everyone else.
