Big loss for Washington State, and I think Stanford's chances
in the Pac-12 North improve sizably (since as bbm pointed out,
we have lost to Wazzu 4 times in a row; Leach's offense was
just a bad matchup for the defensive personnel we have).

In my estimation, the Pac-12 North will be a battle between
Oregon, Washington and Stanford next year, with each team
having major question marks. Perhaps it allows a team like
Cal or Oregon State to ascend, but I am not sure either team's 
recruiting has been anywhere close to the level of UO, Stanford, or
UW.
