I think Cal is the favorite in a weak Pac-12 North next year. Cal and Stanford are the only two not breaking in new QBs. I think that there's a big step up in improvement for the vast majority of college QBs between year 1 and year 2.
I know a lot of folks loved Mike Leach and his...eccentricities...but the shtick got old for me. Or maybe I'm just a sore loser.
Oregon will be the favorite. Their D will be insane, better than Cal's. If their offense is even just competent they'll win the North.
True that the North will be much more of a clusterf***, but no truly weak teams (think OSU in past years) IMO. I still think it'll be stronger than the South. USC and ASU probably the favorites down there. Utah will take a sizable step back as their roster was LOADED with seniors.
Washington State will be weak, and I expect will finish last in the North.
