Looks like Choy and Higuchi are playing doubles together, as are Madurawe and Mossmer. Per the live scoring link (which had been showing scores that must be incorrect since they're not scheduled to start for another half hour, and which is now down), here are the matchups:
* Choy/Higuchi vs. Harvey/Patel (UNC)
* Madurawe/Mossmer vs. Li/Li (UNLV)
It also shows a singles match between Sara Choy and UNLV freshman Sam Smith. The live scoring link only shows 3 doubles matches and 6 singles matches, which is perfect for a dual match but doesn't do much when you have 8 doubles matches going on at the same time, and then 16 singles matches following that. Let's hope they figure something out sooner rather than later.
From Oklahoma State's Twitter account, we've also got the following first round singles matches:
* Mossmer vs. Alana Wolfberg (OSU freshman)
* Madurawe vs. Dariya Detkovskaya (OSU freshman)
Oklahoma State says #16 Rioux and #29 Thamchaiwat got first-round byes, so Gordon must have gotten one as well. It would be easy to know this for sure if UNLV would simply POST THE DRAWS.
