Wow, a lot to digest here!
Number changes:
Marcus Graham 23 --> 3
Elijah Higgins 19 --> 6
Nathaniel Peat 32 --> 8
Brock Jones 26 --> 25 (lol)
AFAIK, the spring rosters of the past didn't include weight changes, so this is a fun bonus. Given there are another 6 months before the season (and a newly-updated roster once the frosh come in), plenty of time for more changes to happen.
Notable gains:
OL/DL:
Joshua Pakola 257 --> 282 (+25)
Thomas Booker 281 --> 298 (+17)
Dylan Boles 264 --> 283 (+19)
Drake Nugent 284 --> 292 (+8)
Branson Bragg 286 --> 310 (+24)
Walker Little 309 --> 320 (+11)
Walter Rouse 291 --> 312 (+21)
Jake Hornibrook 279 --> 286 (+7)
Foster Sarell 308 --> 330 (+22)
Thomas Schaffer 285 --> 296 (+11)
Trey LaBounty 245 --> 261 (+16)
TE/FB/LB:
Jordan Fox 226 --> 235 (+9)
Stephen Herron 223 --> 233 (+10)
Jay Symonds 240 --> 249 (+9)
Houston Heimuli 249 --> 257 (+8)
Tangaloa Kaufusi 237 --> 244 (+7)
Bradley Archer 235 --> 244 (+9)
RB/WR/DB:
Marcus Graham 166 --> 174 (+8)
Elijah Higgins 220 --> 231 (+11...matchup nightmare)
Kyu Blu Kelly 176 --> 183 (+7)
Justus Woods 209 --> 221 (+12)
Jason Kaul 205 --> 213 (+8)
Nicolas Toomer 185 --> 194 (+9)
Spencer Jorgensen 205 --> 213 (+8)
Zahran Manley 175 --> 182 (+7)
Notable losses:
Treyjohn Butler 205 --> 194 (-11)
Ryan Sanborn 205 --> 198 (-7...clearly punters need to be aerodynamic)
Simi Fehoko 226 --> 220 (-6)
Stuart Head 210 --> 204 (-6...hopefully he gains a step)
Levani Damuni 258 --> 246 (-12...good weight loss to get back in ILB shape post-mission)
Wakely Lush 240 --> 234 (-6...he's an OT, so isn't the whole point to beef him up?)
Thunder Keck 234 --> 222 (-12)
Notable should've-gained-or-lost-but-didn't:
Andres Fox 252 --> 253 (+1...signifies he's likely staying at OLB)
Ryan Johnson 266 --> 265 (-1...needed to gain weight as a DL, and am now unsure if he'll contribute at all at a position of critical need...massive bummer)
JJ Parson 176 --> 178 (+2...just too small to play safety at this level)
Jonathan McGill 179 --> 176 (-3...see Parson, though he plays much bigger...hoping he gains weight over the summer)
Tristan Sinclair 207 --> 209 (+2...needs to gain at least 15-20 more lbs ASAP)
Dalyn Wade-Perry 321 --> 324 (+3...would've liked to see him closer to 305/310)
Tucker Fisk 269 --> 273 (+4...a 273 lb TE?)
Gabe Reid 239 --> 236 (-3...wish he had gained a few instead)
