One of my jobs is at a Federal Clinic in San Leandro. We have many disadvantaged patients from Oakland, San Leandro, and Hayward. There is no attempt that I can see to have online school. Most of the families I see have one connection to the internet - a phone. Although everyone in the Oakland Hills or in Rockridge, or even in most of San Leandro will have regular computers and internet access, sizable numbers will not. 

All three districts are distributing food. 

All three districts resisted closing. I think they were more concerned with food and the cessation of leaning than with infectious disease. This past weekend someone or something - likely the governor's office - changed their minds.
