It is NEGLIGENCE to not check and see if known perishable products are viable before sending them out to be used. It's INCOMPETENCE to not know something can be perishable and send whatever you have on hand to be used.

As I think I said before, if FACTS become political or politically controversial, we might as well all just kill ourselves now.
