Yeah, no health care system can handle what is facing humanity right now. In ordinary times, I prefer the German system to the U.S. because it covers everyone, gives some room for insurance companies to compete, and is regulated so individual health is prioritized over profits.
Just be glad you don't have Ethiopia's healthcare system. I think it's 1 doctor per 5,000 people.
