Really? That's pretty much exactly what I would expect from the Post. Find someone who did something bad in a liberal hotbed like California, and then associate that with all members of that liberal hotbed. Because obviously, it's the People's Gaypublic of Drugifornia. Wit and humor are of vastly secondary concerns.
