Officials in Japan are discussing it, which given how fast things happen in these times, means we will have an announcement that it is being postponed sometime this week.  Interesting they are considering a 2-year postponement.

1 year may or may not have a vaccine ready yet, creating a potential need to cancel and reschedule again.

The move two years out makes a lot of sense.  Ordinarily for the IOC a 2 year delay would not be possible because of the FIFA World Cup.  However the 2022 World Cup is in Qatar and will be held later in the 2022 calendar year.
