I like the way that New Zealand is handling their response to COVID-19. They have defined levels that the entire country is put under with warnings for when they're going into the next level. The entire country will be in lock-down for 4 weeks. More restrictive than our Stay at Home but with essential services maintained. No restaurant take out. Have to cook at home.

Think it'll give time for unknown cases of COVID-19 to develop, isolate, and recover or those with more severe cases hospitalized and isolated. Then they can continue testing and tracing for any new cases that appear. Meanwhile, nobody gets into the country from the outside.
