To quarantine them for 14 days means they would have zero contact with friends or family and would have to be separated from the entire general population, so they'd have to cook their own meals, wash their own clothes, clean their own living space, etc. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the feasibility of this is next to zero, and the optics of running a Very Special Episode of March Madness while the populace at large is sick and dying would probably do no one any favors.

Or we could quarantine the entire Final Four - players, coaches, referees, staff, and heck, while we're dreaming, why not all the fans.
