Thank you for sharing; that is a very useful figure.  It is also a bit distressing.  Case growth is 20%, while better than other regions is still growth of 20%, and in order to keep this epidemic under control, we will need the growth rate to equal the case clearance rate over the long haul.

I may have read this differently from you - I thought it indicated total cases, not active case volume. In other words, it's not measuring clearance at all, just total number of confirmed cases. As a result, places like Wuhan can never fall below 0 on the Y axis, because even 1000 case clearances and 0 new cases will still be a 0% new cases growth on the Y axis. Or am I misreading?
