From my Stanford connected doctor. He of course did not mean this as definitive. Just as the state of our current knowledge....
“Molecular studies of Coronavirus indicate that the virus does not substantially mutate (in
contrast to the flu, which mutates rapidly). Therefore, a one time vaccine for Coronavirus may be
sufficient to last for multiple years, and a yearly vaccine (like the flu) will probably not be necessary.”
His reference to Coronavirus refers to the current one.
