Wuhan locked down January 23rd. The NYT had its first article about a mystery viral pneumonia in China in January 6th. Our intelligence agencies knew about person to person spread and deaths in January. China gave us plenty of time to get this under control and showed us how to do it too. But our leaders wasted that time.
