The point of state-driven finger-pointing is to distract from the incompetence, incorrect decisions, failures, corruption, slow response, and nepotism from a country’s leadership, from Itay’s, from the UK’s, from Iran’s, from the US’s.

I'm not joining the blame China camp. I'm just amazed at the propensity for childish behavior around the world. That does not justify counterproductive behavior by our own government.
