A couple comments.  I think it is fair not to assume there is no risk of reinfection.  A lot of our assumptions about many infectious diseases (such as asymptomatic transmission) have been challenged by COVID-19. However, it would be a deviation from most other diseases that don't have multiple strains (like influenza).  Secondly, our immune response to viruses is not exclusively dependent on antibodies; we have a whole host of defenses, particularly T lymphocytes, which work via other means.  For now, of course, we have plenty to worry about the initial pandemic; in time we will learn whether reinfection is a problem, and if so, how common it is.  Since there is not much you can do about it, I would file this tidbit under the category of "things you can't control".
