As the majority here thinks the Chinese did a great job managing their response to the virus, perhaps we should look to them as to how they have reopened their country. Even Wuhan is easing the restrictions.
Anecdotally, I traded emails with a Chinese college student a month ago, and he commented that pretty much everything was back to normal, though his school was still online (others had reopened on site education). Only more people were wearing masks in public.
