He's got a really nice, relatively smooth, all-court game. He's got terrific range on his trey, can hit the stop and pop, the midrange jumper, and step-back jumper, dishes outside pretty nicely while driving to the hoop, and finishes pretty well in traffic.
He's not the fastest though, so he either needs to work on his first steps or else (like many 18-year-olds) will need to put on some muscle to finish through with contact.
But yeah, that highlight reel was much more exciting than what I was expecting given his rating. ESPN has him as a 4-star who's 93rd in the Top 100.
