Still haven't had time to write a thoughtful response to some great comments, but for now, an NYU Professor seems to agree with many of us that in the post-COVID-19 world, higher ed will no longer be able to get away with insane pricing in exchange for exclusivity credentialing, and that there will be many institutional victims along the way:
