2 part-answer:
1) What I observed - I always noticed that Karlie was a leader. During team huddles, I noticed she was usually the one speaking. I also liked her demeanor. You would see her full of exhilaration and joy, with a brobdingnagian smile, when things went well, and disappointed, but not over emotional, when she lost.
2) What I read: Many posters have written that Tara thought she'd be a good coach some day. I can see it and believe it.
3) Intangible: She was nice enough to take a photo with me during the football Spring Game some years ago and She reminds me of a big Stanford crush I had. (OK, A 3-Part answer)
