Even if the hiring freeze abates, or this position is exempted from it, I can see a universe where the coaching vacancy remains until there's more clarity as to whether or not there will be a season in the fall. Tara is very loyal and I suspect she'd rather save money by leaving the position vacant than have to furlough staff or put them on reduced salary. Maybe I'm just projecting, but that's exactly what I'd do if I were in her shoes. 3% unemployment rate or 30% unemployment rate, Tara will never have a shortage of well qualified candidates eager to work under her and coach at the Farm.
