Depends on how hazardous the job is. I would think that being a restaurant cook is relatively safe, but then again it's not a job I've ever done so that might be wrong.
The larger issue is that unemployment insurance top-ups is not the way to do hazard pay. Physicians and nurses are easily the highest risk and they have gotten nothing. Grocery store clerks are probably next. Seems like those people deserve hazard pay the most.
