I can see where snorlax is coming from in questioning the comparison choices.  I thought the same thing when the US/media kept pointing out we were doing better than Italy in the early going.   Why would you ever want to compare yourself to the worst performer?   That said, I'll play (though not thoroughly researched).  Looking at just the charts and not the news headlines,  how about Norway?   Australia?
