And as has been posted already...every day counts.Magnus, I strongly suspect the leader was responding to a request from the people who would man the Command Center telling him that they needed him to activate it. I doubt it was truly an act of inspired leadership. I don't intend this as criticism. The leader has to have the courage to act. However, activating a command center is a lot easier to swallow than shutting down a country. The down side is lots lower. Having more options is a good thing. I of course have no idea if irritating China was even an issue. I would tend to doubt it, but who knows?
