We just need to plant a U.S. civilian biomedical researcher as a secret CIA informant into the project, who could get inside the WiofV and skulk about for evidence. Such a person would have to be suave, debonair, and have the moxie and smarts to pull it off. If I'm not mistaken, that job description fits our very own BC to a T!
