Not if your goal is the WNBA and the team that is going to win it all isn't going to showcase you or give you a lot of "for sure" minutes.

So which of Oregon, UConn, and Baylor do you think is likely to showcase and/or give more minutes to Dijonai than Stanford?

I don't know, naturally. What she thinks is much more relevant. However, I think Oregon probably would be the answer. That said, there is no certainty wherever she goes. It just may be she felt she had certainty at Stanford and that certainty was that she wasn't going to play enough to get her drafted.
