Yes, I saw "appointmens" and was tempted to add a [sic] in there, but didn't think anyone would notice.

You'd need to [sic] 'em a few more times: "Covid-19 symptons," "fask mask." Admittedly, I've had a number of jobs that have involved proofreading, so I'm probably especially attuned to this, but wow, that's a lot in just a few sentences.
