Many private pediatric practices will go under in the coming weeks if they haven't already.
I'm fortunate that I closed my practice 2 years ago and that I have two jobs - one really cut my hours back but the other (a per diem job) did not. And I just got another really good full time job offer from the only entity in the area that is actually hiring Pediatricians and not reducing their hours. Sometimes things just fall into your lap when you aren't really trying.
