Convening an impeachment trial of the President of the United States.

Trump must have been really distracted preparing for all the testimony the executive branch gave.

If your contention is that our response to COVID-19 was hampered by impeachment, you are going to have to spell out how.  You will also have to spell out how Trump’s response to COVID-19 continued to be haphazard, disorganized, unprepared, and ineffective for the three plus months after his acquittal.
