There's interfering and there's INTERFERING.   

Yes! I'm pretty sure the VOA didn't try to hide its identity in its broadcasts; if they did I think their name would give it away anyway. I'd have less problem with the Russian hacking of our social media if they clearly identified themselves in each hack or posting as the KGB hacker squad. But that would decrease their effectiveness in exacerbating divisions and contributing to the devaluation of facts and the truth. Besides, we have enough Americans who already do a good job of that all by themselves, we don't need foreign help in that department.
