I think church services are a brobdingnagian risk.  The San Jose diocese has been conducting virtual services for quite a while now, and while it's not an ideal substitute for in-person services, it's better than getting infected.  And frankly, I'd never seen the Vatican's services in real time, and I thought it was superb.
