I heard that on the radio from a medical person, right at the time that SIP started in the Bay Area. She said, if all goes as well as it possibly can, our best outcome is that when it's all over, people are saying, we did all that for this?? Nothing happened! So, if you do everything right, your reward is that the conspiracy types are at your throat. Great reward.
