The count of 14 includes the 11 residents with COVID-19 but also the "<11" staff that have COVID-19 as well.  That might account for 12, 13, or  all 14 cases in the zip code.

Ok that’s good to know. When I originally saw the image on my phone, the sliver that contained the LTCF was so small I didn’t see it. Although of course the LTCF case is terrible, I’m relieved if it means it’s not a concentration that would necessarily be connected to Stanford or Stanford Hospital on an ongoing basis.
