the article is a little less bold in its prediction

 two thirds of employees would consider leaving the Bay Area if they had the option to work remotely

Having been a native here for all practical purposes (67 years out of 73), I'd love to see it.

But this is only one of many, many ways in which the virus is going to change all the social interactions in the world.
