Interesting. Since I haven't seen it mentioned, six Harvard grad schools (including law, business, and HKS) have already announced they will be entirely online only.
In a paywalled Boston Globe story about this, it was revealed that HBS (which hasn't settled on online or not) also plans to enroll around 150 fewer students than last fall, in part due to international student declines. I imagine Harvard moved first here because it can afford to, and many others will follow suit...
