Another irritating thing about that survey was the question about keeping "children" from household cleaners.  "Children" could be two years old or sixteen.  Would I expect it is ok for a 16-year-old to have access to hand sanitizers? Sure.  But the answer they wanted was that you kept it away from "children".   

The company told the self-selected set of respondents that the survey was for "marketing research".  I think the only marketing going on was the survey company trying to market themselves to the CDC.
