I sorely miss the CEB back in its prime. 

I enjoy benefiting from the perspective of Stanford alumni and fans.  There was much excellent free content generated by members to read, and occasionally reply to - not to mention many excellent links shared that had little or nothing to do with Stanford.

The last straw for me wasn't the discussions, its when a new format took over which indiscriminately wiped out my private message history without warning or recourse.  I had cherished exchanges there with other members, some former player parents.   Some connections of handles to real life that I knew I could refer back to if I didn't always remember.
